Coach LaRocca offers 23 years of baseball experience, including playing time with the San Diego Padres, Cleveland Indians, Hiroshima Carp, Tokyo Swallows, and Orix Buffaloes. LaRocca had a career .290 average and 123 home runs.

Each athlete receives individualized instruction based on their current skill level in order to progress them to the next level. Coach LaRocca uses video analysis to instruct each athlete on the physics and mechanics of each swing. This technology allows the batter to see their mechanical errors, and adjust accordingly.

Each baseball hitting coaching session is held in the Baseball Barn located in Bedford, NH. The Baseball Barn has 3x batting cages and video analysis equipment. Hitting coaching will include soft-toss, tee, and live pitching.
