Winter workouts

The New England Charge start winter workouts the first week of January and run till the last week of March. This is covered under the programs tuition. 

Each team has two workouts a week. One being focused on fielding and throwing located at the Hampshire Hills Dome in Milford, NH. The other session is focused on the physics and mechanics of each swing and how to read the balls movement and spin.

The New England Charge 10U, 11U, 12U Blue & 13U each do a 90 minute session at the Baseball Barn with Greg LaRocca either Friday night or Saturday afternoon. 

The New England Charge 9U & 12U Gold hold their hitting session on Monday nights at YCG Academy located in Windham, NH.

Members of the New England Charge have the option for extra sessions with Adam Perkins  and/or Greg LaRocca. A large amount of the players take advantage of these opportunities not only because they are beneficial but the players really enjoy these programs.
